the scenario is you can download some file but you only got a file with a sum of KB size and don’t know what to do with this file. so hope this things work out for you.
according to the fileinfo extention resource dlc filetype is a Encrypted container format used for storing downloadable content; uses client-server encryption in which links are processed locally and keys are distributed and recrypted by a Web service; can be processed by JDownloader, a Java-based download management program.
this kind of file usually used by mostly warez site to hide their files from being reported to RS , MU , DF , and many other file hosters so if you find this kind a filetype you can use your download program, if your program doesn’t support it you can try the j downloader.
