Earth a planet with 70.8% proportion of water and rest filled with land and tree.  the evaporating water from the sea spread the clean water to the land through the rain.

but now polution and global warming had change the weather cycle.  few water stream also strart to dry. and now the lack of clean water is every where.

water the exact matter that we need as human being like the air are lack.  so this is why Im write this campaign. to help each other that already lack the clean water in their land.  many people had suffer this lack in their land.  children is the most suffer in tragedy. now the wateraid is lobbying the United Nation (UN) to make the water as a human rights.

reduce polution that can cause the ozon disappeared by using your machine only if you want to use, prefer to walk than ride a car, motorcycle. etc.

the tree can help the rain water to get in to the land.

kemarin jalan jalan ke blogger united cari cari kali aja ada yang bisa gw bantu, biasanya disana ada event buat mengenang dan membangun kewaspadaan orang orang. seperti yang satu ini, fibromyalgia kalo di liat dari gejalanya si mirip pegel-pegel ama rematik..tapi ternyata obatnya nggak cukup pake balsem and dipijit. jenis penyakit yang satu ini beda dan terhitung komplikatif.

penyebab penyakit fibromyalgia sendiri belum dapat dipastikan. semua yang ada hanya sekedar perkiraan. akan tetapi, berdasarkan ACR 1990 (the American College of Rheumatology) ada beberapa hal simple yang bisa menjadi patokan untuk fibromyalgia, karena penderita pibromyalgia cenderung memiliki tingkat sensifitas yang tinggi terhadap panas, tekanan, dingin dan stimulasi kimia. maka dengan melakukan tekanan seberat 4kg pada 18 titik tubuh (acr 1990). rata rata penderita fibromyalgia akan merasakan sakit di 11 titik atau bahkan lebih.

beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan pada penyakit fibromyalgia : fibromyalgia tidak merusak otot akan tetapi rasa sakitnya akan sangat menusuk pada otot, gabungan atau tulang. banyak orang yang belum mengetahui penyakit ini beberapa hasil diagnosis akan menyatakan bahwa tidak ada masalah dengan kesehatan. butuh waktu untuk mendeteksi penyakit ini oleh karena itu lebih cepat diketahui akan lebih baik dan perawatan dapat langsung berjalan untuk mengurangi rasa sakit. biasanya selain sakit pada otot seperti rematik penderita fibromyalgia juga mengalami; cepat lelah, sulit tidur, sakit kepala, sensitif pada cahaya, pusing, problem pada ingatan, mati rasa, permasalahan mood, dll. belum ada perawatan yang pasti untuk penyakit ini akan tetapi sudah ada beberapa perawatan yang terbukti efektif untuk mengurangi gejala fibromyalgia.

Tentang peringatan Fibromyalgia

pada tahun 1993, Tom Hennessy, pendiri RESCIND, INC. (Repeal Existing Stereotypes about Chronic Immunological and Neurological Diseases) menetapkan 12 may sebagai hari peringatan untuk Chronic Immunological and Neurological Diseases (CIND). tanggal ini dipilih untuk mengenang hari lahir Florence Nightingale, suster tentara Inggris yang memberikan inspirasi terbentuknya palang merah sedunia. Nightingale mengalami kelumpuhan, pada pertengahan umur ke 30nya dan menghabiskan 50 tahun hidupnya di atas ranjang. selain penyakitnya, dia merupakan pendiri sekolah suster pertama. peringatan ini diperingati di seluruh dunia sebagai sebuah bentuk dukungan untuk meningkatkan kewaspadaan terhadap penyakit kronis termasuk fibromyalgia.

this May 15 all the blogger agreed to post about Human Right. to remember us what really is human right means to us. the equality, the same right to living, and feel free to done our job. without pressure cause we are poor, or colored skin, or even ethnic issue.

in my country people round from Sabang to Merauke have a different language, many ethnicity but united as a jargon we use “Bhineka Tunggal Ika” it’s means different but united. so it’s not about nationality or even theory about how to be one, but it’s prefer to how we can and honor the different between us so we can do our work without disturbing some one else.

when in middle school some one tell me that freedom is like you open straight your hand without touching someone shoulder and other people also straight their hand without touching, but every one can see and smiling and respecting each other. so are we can do it to?

baru baru ini terbit surat edaran depkominfo tentang pemblokan situs situs yang menyebarkan film fitna seperti youtube, metacafe, multiply, rapidshare, namun internet bukanlah dunia selebar kuku, ketika ditekan justru dia akan melejit, youtube pun sebagai salah satu situs yang diblok memberikan respon sebagaimana dia harus merespon akan tetapi pemblokiran terus berlangsung.

sayapun berfikir, pembatasan akses adalah pembatasan ekspresi. pada akhirnya hal ini memunculkan sebuah situs petisi online yang menolak pemblokan youtube. sayapun turut berpartisipasi. at least i can do something. to yield my mind.

sudah 581 orang yang menyuarakan suaranya. saatnya berteriak lantang!
